Yesterday at cubs we made some fires again and heated up some food on them. We heated up chocolate bananas, marshmallows and baked potatoes with cheese. Here are some photographs: Our next session will be at Whickham Thorns, but this time just for a run around and for some free time.

Yesterday at cubs, the young people started work on their Fire Safety and Backwoods cooking badge. This included a 20 ish minute discussion on smoke alarms and heat sensors, fire extinguishers, and safe camp fires.
