On Friday the cubs went up to the park to follow instructions whilst blindfolded, and they also played a game of Chinese whispers to investigate how messages can change as they’re passed from person to person.

The cubs then had a chance to play in the play park before returning to the hut.

The communications badges were then handed out by Janice, and Charlie, from Scouts, who ran these sessions shook all of the young people’s hands.

Next week we’ll be starting work on the fire safety and backwoods cooking badge, and writing to our pen pals from Stocksfield Scouts!
