  • During yesterday’s session, the cubs learnt about healthy eating. This included the 5 different food groups, what happens if you eat unhealthily and the consequences of not brushing your teeth. The cubs also learnt about scurvy, tooth decay and calcium deficiency. The cubs finished with a game of dodgeball and were awarded their chef badges.

  • This week at cubs we made spaghetti Bolognese in the kitchen. We fried the mince, chopped the carrots, diced an onion, crushed some garlic and added in the stock. We then boiled the spaghetti.
