We had a whale of a time at the winter activity camp at Hawkhirst this year, with the cubs, scouts and explorers all taking part in a range of different activities, such as abseiling, zipwire, low ropes and the crate stack.

We also went for a night hike with the cubs and scouts, and went on a hike with an instructor during the day. Here are some pictures of the walks that we went on:

The site itself, located on the south side of the reservoir, is very picturesque indeed;
